ComplaintsTell us, and we'll deal with it.

If something has gone wrong with a roofer we passed your job to, or with us, we want to hear about it. Here's how to raise it, what we'll do, and where else you can go if it isn't resolved.

How to raise a complaint

  1. Talk to the roofer first, if you can

Most problems with a job are sorted fastest directly with the roofer, because your contract is with them. Put it in writing, by email or text, so there's a record.

  2. Tell us

Email info@blufire.com.au with your name, suburb, the roofer's business name and what happened. Photos help. We'll confirm we've got it within two business days.

  3. We look into it

We'll talk to you and to the roofer, and we aim to have it resolved within 30 days. We can't make a roofer redo a job, but we can stop sending them work, and we take complaints into account every time we decide who gets jobs.

  4. If it's still not resolved

Every state has a free consumer or building dispute service. Your state's page on our site lists who to contact, for example the Victorian and New South Wales pages.

Complaints about your personal information

If you think we've mishandled your details, tell us first and we'll respond. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Our privacy policy has the detail.
