Colorbond coloursHow each one looks, and how hot it runs.

Picking a roof colour is a big call, because you'll live with it for decades. Each page below covers how the colour looks, how much sun it soaks up, the houses and settings it suits, and anything to know near the coast.

Before you choose

Screens get colours wrong, so always look at a real sample sheet outside, in morning and afternoon light, next to your bricks or cladding. Lighter colours reflect more sun and keep the roof space cooler, which matters in hot climates. Some estates and councils have colour rules, so check before you order.
