Why the names are hidden
We keep the roofers' names off the site. You're matched with the roofer who suits your job and your area, not picked off a list, and you get their business name and licence number with the match.
So in each review we've swapped business and staff names for [square brackets]. Every other word is the customer's own, typos and all.
How we chose these
- Real Google reviews, pulled straight from each roofer's own listing
- Four or five stars, about an actual roofing job, saying what was done
- Nothing from anyone who looks connected to the roofer
- Each roofer's overall Google rating and review count sits beside their quotes, so you see the whole picture, bad reviews included
- We check those ratings again at least every three months

A roofer in Melbourne's inner north
This roofer: 4.2 from 58 Google reviews, checked 28 Oct 2026.
I was very happy with the work. I engaged [the roofer] to replace a box gutter. This is quite a big job involving taking off part of the roof. As often happens with an old house, addressing one problem revealed others. In the end a large section of roof and the wooden frame underneath had to be replaced. This was all done quickly and efficiently and to a high standard. The cost was very reasonable given the scale of the job. [The roofer] kept me informed at all times with photos showing the work.

If you ask me they are the best in the business for roofing. They did my balcony rework and the leak is finally gone. I was double minded about who to hire but glad I went with them. They are very transparent about the costs and the timeline. A 10 year warranty gives me peace of mind.

Had the guys come and do a restoration of my 25 year old roof. It looked tired and was missing mortar and required some real attention. [The roofer] and the team were great. Pressure washed, primed and painted, looks brilliant. Thoroughly recommended

Wonderful experience with [the roofer], who came at short notice to fix tiles that were in danger of falling and hurting someone. He came on Easter Saturday, fixed the tiles and didn’t want payment because it was a quick job. He was professional, polite and very generous with his time.

After experiencing a persistent leak, I contacted [the roofer], who had previously completed remedial work for my neighbour five years ago. They provided a professional quote, completed the work to a high standard, and went above and beyond to help us. I couldn’t recommend [them] highly enough!
